CrossCheck receives Level 2 B-BBEE
CrossCheck receives a Level 2 B-BBEE rating!
I am thrilled to announce that CrossCheck Information Bureau has achieved a level 2 Broad-Based Black economic empowerment rating. We received our new B-BBEE rating in April 2018. This marks a fantastic achievement for myself and the team.
B-BBEE is an important part of doing business in South Africa. Not only does it encourage and promote a transformative business environment but it creates economic opportunities within our country for previously disadvantaged South Africans.
Our rating will allow us to continue doing successful projects within the public sector and allows us to grow within a transformative South Africa. Our level 2 rating means that we achieved a procurement recognition of 125%, with a 98.16 on the scorecard. The elements which make up the outcome of the Scorecard have been changed in the recent years. They still include; Ownership (25 points), Management Control ( 15 points), Skills Development (20 points), Enterprise and supplier development ( 40 points), socio-economic development ( 5 points).
We are thrilled to have achieved this B-BBEE rating because, “Above all, we value being part of the solution.”
CrossCheck prides itself on our in-depth knowledge of the local governments as well as having worked with municipalities from small rural areas to large metros in large cities. We have ensured that CrossCheck has positioned itself as the only bureau in the country to specialise in helping municipalities optimise their revenue recovery through data.
